A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUJTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and Village Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized
and directed to sign the original of that certain plat known as Plat of Palm Beach Lake
Worth Estates, signifying thereby the approval of such plat by the Village Council of
the Village of North Palm Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth. day of March, 1958.
