RESOLUTION NO. 34
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN
PLAT.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and Village Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of that certain
re -plat of Blbck 8, Plat #1 of North Palm Beach, signifying thereby the
approval of such re -plat by the Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1957.
