A RESOLUTION OF TER; VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN TWO CONTRACTS WITH
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to sign certain contracts with Florida Power & Light _
Company in form as attached.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 1957.
