RESOLUTION #23
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN A. MAC ARTHUR AS VILLAGE
COUNCILMAN AND APPOINTING HERBERT A. ROBS AS A SUCCESSOR.

WHEREAS, JOHN A. MAC ARTHUR has tendered his resignation
Village Councilman of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida;
as a
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Said resignation be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. Herbert A. Ross be and he is hereby appointed to
fill the unexpired term of said John A. Mac Arthur to become effective upon
his taking the usual oath of office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1957.
