RESOLUTION #20
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING WALLIS E. SCHULLE AS JUDGE OF SAID VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That WALLIS E. SCHULLE be and he is hereby appointed
and designated as Village Judge in and for the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, and he is hereby vested'and delegated all of the powers and duties
incident to said office.
Section 2. As and for compensation for the services of the said
Wallis E. Schulle as such Village Judge he is to be paid the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) for each session of the Village Court which he shall hold.
Section 3. This appointment shall become effective as of February _
1, 1957, and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of March, 1957.
