RESOLUTION #19
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING ALBERT S. DUDDEN.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY TBE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution #6, passed and adopted the 22nd day
of October, 1956, be and the same is hereby amended so as to appoint ALBERT
S. DUDDEN the Village Director of Public Safety who, as such Director, shall
have the powers of'Chief of Police and Fire Chief in and for such Village.
Section 2. The compensation of Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($5,200.00) annually, to be paid in equal monthly installments provided for
by the aforesaid Resolution #6, passed and adopted the 22nd day of October,
1956, shall be the compensation to be paid the aforesaid ALBEKl S. DUDDEN,
as Village Director of Public Safety, and such payment shall constitute
compensation for performing all duties incident to said office, including
the duties of Chief of Police and Fire Chief.
Section 3. The appointment herein made shall become effective
retroactive to November 1, 1956, and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure
of the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of March, 1957.
