RESOLUTION NO. 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ALBIN R. OLSON AS VILLAGE MANAGER OF
SAID VILLAGE.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That ALBIN R. OLSON be and he is hereby appointed
and designated as Village Manager in and for the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, and he is hereby vested with all the powers and duties
of said office.
Section 2. As and for compensation for the services of the
said ALBIN R. OLSON, he is to be paid the sum of seventy—five hundred
dollars annually, to be paid in equal monthly installments.
Section 3. This appointment shall become effective January 1,
1957, and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of January, 1957.
