A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MCLTON N. WEIR HONORARY LIEUTENANT OF POLICE.

WHEREAS, the Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida, having
confidence in the integrity and fidelity of MCLTON N. WEIR, who is hereby de—
clared to possess all of the necessary qualifications to be an Honorary
Lieutenant of Police of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
That MILTON N. WEIR be, and he is, hereby designated as Honorary
Lieutenant of Police of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That such appointment shall be for life, or during good behavior,
whichever shall first end or terminate, unless the same shall otherwise be
terminated by law or by action of this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1957.
