A RESOLUTION OF TEE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BANK ACCOUNT FOR SAID VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to open and
from time to time reconcile an account or accounts for and in the name of the
Village with the Riviera Beach Bank, of Riviera Beach, Florida, and from time to
time to deposit funds of the Village therein, the same to be subject to withdraw-
al by checks, drafts or orders signed in the name of the Village by any Council-
man, singly, and that the said Bank may rely upon the authority herein conferred
upon said person until delivery to it of a certified copy of a resolution of this
Board revoking or modifying the same; and that such authority shall include checks
drawn to the order of any of said persons.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1956.
