a. CODE AMENDMENT — OPEN-AIR STRUCTURES Discussion concerning a proposed code
amendment to permit open-air shade structures within residential areas and the establishment of
building regulations.
REMARKS
b. REGISTRATION FEE FOR NON -DOMICILED BUSINESSES Discussion concerning
establishing a registration fee for persons performing or engaging in business within the Village that
is not regulated by the Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation and against whom the
Village is not authorized to levy a business tax.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the
nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to,
or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
