OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2001

Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All members of the Council were present
except Vice Mayor Eissey and President Pro Tem Noel, who were out of town. All members of
staff were present except Village Attorney George Baldwin.
HAAS. DIAZ & CO — COMM .IANCE REPORT
Councilman O'Meilia moved to accept the Report on Compliance dated 8/15/01, as submitted by
Haas, Diaz & Co. Councilman Tringali seconded the motion.
Deborah Diaz of Haas, Diaz & Co. reviewed the report with the Village Council.
The Council agreed that the matter of' overbilling, as well as the letter from LBFH, Inc. regarding
outstanding invoices, will be addressed on a future agenda.
Thereafter, the motion to accept the report passed 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT -
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
