MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, July 12, 2001

Joseph A. Tringali, Councilman
Mayor Norris called the Public Hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. All members of Council were
present except Councilman Tringali, who was absent due to illness. All members of staff were
present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the public concerning Bill 1038, a proposed
ordinance adopting small scale amendments designated as 01-1.1 and 01-1.2 to the adopted
Comprehensive Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, pursuant to the Local
Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, as amended, being
Sections 163.3161, Et. Seq., Florida Statutes, which amendments are attached as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference; providing for a revision to the Future Land Use Map Series
Element; providing for severability; providing for the repeal of all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith; and, providing for an effective date.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
