ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:16 p.m. All members of Council were present
except President Pro Tem Vastola. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 960, a
proposed ordinance rezoning a parcel of land within the Benjamin School complex located on
the north side of McT wren Road and approximately 0.1 miles east of Ellison -Wilson Road, from
C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to C-1A Limited Commercial District.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
