ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Tringali called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. All members of Council were
present except Mayor Eissey, who was out of town. All members of staff were present except
Dennis Kelly, who was out town.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 962, a
proposed ordinance amending Sub -Section B, Uses Permitted, of Section 45-32.1, CC
Transitional Commercial District, of Article III of Appendix C, Zoning, of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village by adding Instructional Dance/Music Studios as a permitted use.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
