OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, APRIL 10, 1997

Kathleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
The purpose of the scheduled Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public
concerning Bill 880, a proposed ordinance rezoning a parcel of land located on the east
side of U. S. Highway One south of Ebbtide Drive from CB, Commercial District, to P,
Public District.
Due to a procedural error, comments from the public regarding Bill 880 were not heard.
The meeting was rescheduled for May 22, 1997, and will be placed on second hearing
at the Regular Session following the Public Hearing.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
