Mayor Valente called the Public Hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. All members of Council
were present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
795, a proposed ordinance of the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, amending Village Code, Section 45-2, Definitions, of Article 1 of Appendix C,
Zoning, to provide a definition for lamp post and decorative post structures; amending
Section 45-27, R-1 single Family Dwelling District, of Article III of appendix C, Zoning, to
provide permitted uses of lamp post and decorative post structures.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at 7:26
p.m.
