VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1994

Mayor Vastola called the Special Session to order at 7:15 p.m. All
members of Council were present. All members of staff were present
except Village Attorney George Baldwin.
RECESS
The meeting recessed at 7:15 p.m. to allow continuation of the
7 p.m. Public Hearing on the Operating Budget for 1994-95. The
meeting reconvened at 7:57 p.m.
BILL 754 - OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-95 - PLACED ON
FIRST READING
President Pro Tem Marks moved that Bill 754 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING BUDGETS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 1994, TO
SEPTEMBER 30, 1995, BOTH INCLUSIVE, FOR THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND, INCLUDING DEBT RETIREMENT,
AND FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB REVENUE FUND;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS
ORDINANCE
be placed on first reading and read by title alone. Councilman
Kelley seconded the motion. The motion passed 4-1, with President
Pro Tem Marks, Councilman Kelley, Vice Mayor Atwater and Mayor
Vastola voting aye, and Councilman Valente voting nay.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 8:09 p.m.
