Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. All members
of Council were present. All members of staff were present.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to interview applicants to
the Planning Commission.
After a brief interview with Christine M. Shalloway, AIA, the
meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
