D., Mayor Gail H. Vastola, Vice Mayor Tom Valente, Councilman Judy M. Pierman, Councilman Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager Melissa Teal, Deputy Village Clerk Jeffrey H. Atwater, President Pro Tem Lauren Kelly ROLL CALL Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All members of Council were present except President Pro Tem Atwater. Village Manager Dennis Kelly was present. Also present was Ms. Lauren Kelly, who accompanied Mr. Kelly to the North Palm Beach Village Hall as part of the "Take Your Daughter to Work" program. ORDINANCE 12-93 - AMENDING COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET FOR FY 1992-93 FOR RESTAURANT OPERATION Councilman Valente moved that Bill 713 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB FUND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR OPERATING THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB RESTAURANT be placed on second reading and read by title alone. Vice Mayor Gail Vastola seconded the motion, and all present voted aye. Councilman Valente moved to adopt Bill 713 as Ordinance 12-93. Vice Mayor Vastola seconded the motion, and all present voted aye. BILL 714 - AMENDING GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR FY 1992-93 TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS The Council was unable to take action on Item 10.b., Bill 714, appropriating $108,665 to various projects, because the refund check from Disability Trust Fund, which was sent to the Village in error, should have been sent to FIRMA. 1 Minutes of Special Session Held Monday, May 3, 1993 Councilman Pierman moved that an investigation should be made concerning that refund to determine if the Village is entitled to any portion of it. Vice Mayor Vastola seconded the motion, and all present voted aye. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m. hleen F.
