Gardner, Vice Mayor Judy M. Pierman, President Pro Tem Manny Grinn, Councilman Al Moore, Councilman Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager George W. Baldwin, Village Attorney Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 6:47 p.m. All members of the Council and the staff were present. PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the public concerning the following proposed ordinances: a. Bill No. 601 - Subdivision Regulations. A proposed ordinance amending the subdivision regulations. b. Bill No. 603 - Adequate Public Facilities. A proposed ordinance regarding adequate public facilities. c. Bill No. 605 - License Fee for Community Residential Homes. A proposed ordinance regarding license fee for community residential homes. d. Bill No. 606 - Village Urban Service Area. A proposed ordinance creating a Village Urban Service Area. e. Bill No. 610 - Wellfield Protection Ordinance. A proposed ordinance regarding Palm Beach County's Wellfield Protection Ordinance. LEGAL NOTICE Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm Beach Post on June 18, 1990. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC There were no comments from the public on any of the above proposed ordinances.
