MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
MONDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1990

Mayor Marks called the Special Meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. All
members of the Council and Staff were present.
After reviewing the Country Club restaurant lease with the Village
Attorney and incorporating changes, the Council, by consensus,
directed the Village Manager to send out a request for proposals on
Tuesday, December 18, 1990 based on the revised lease agreement.
The proposals should be received on or about January 4, 1991.
Staff was directed to check immediately with the Alcoholic Beverage
and Tobacco Division of the Department of Business Regulation
concerning the status of the existing liquor license.
Staff was directed to contact Jonganeel & Jansen, the current
Lessee of the restaurant, to determine their interest in submitting
a new proposal.
The Clerk was directed to send letters to all Country Club
Administrative Board applicants notifying them that interviews with
Council will be conducted at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 3,
1991.
There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned
at 7:55 p.m.
