a. NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB CLUBHOUSE AND FACILITIES Architect Brian Idle
will give a presentation on the Clubhouse and facilities to include:
• a recap of the actions taken to date;
• an overview of the potential revenue; and
• the projected maximum costs for all amenities brought forward to date from public
meetings, Village survey, and Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council interviews.
Council input on expectations for the February 10th and 11 th Workshops regarding the Council's
determination of the scope of work for the Country Club Clubhouse and facilities.
