Mayor Colbath called the Regular Meeting to order at ROLL CALL
8:00 p.m. All members of the Council were; present
except Councilman Greeley.
Mayor Colbath gave the invocation, and Councilmari Heraty INVOCATION
led the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance & PLEDGE OF
to the Flag. ALLEGIANCE
On motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by Councilman APPROVAL OF
Slater, all present voting aye, the following minutes MINUTES

ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1974, FIXING THE ,TOTAL VALUATION
THEREON AND THE TAX MILEAGE RATE THEREON FOR SAID
YEAR; ADOPTING A FISCAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
OCTOBER 1, 1974 TO SEPTITIBER 30, 1975, BOTH INCLUSIVE,
FOR THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT AND DEBT .SERVICE OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND FOR THE PARTICULAR USE OF THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB; APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
EXPENDITURES AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT

BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT; OVER THE WEST
TEN FEET OF LOT 22, MARINA ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FROM THE ESTATE OF ;JAMES ROSCHMAN
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
47-714.
On motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by Vice Mayor
Love, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No.
48-74 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN TIiAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT WITH
THE PALM BEACH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO PROVIDE
JAIL FACILITIES
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
48-74.
On motion of. Councilman Heraty, seconded by Councilman
Slater, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution
No. 49-74 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF COASTAL NURSERIES
FOR NURSERY PLANTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,491.00
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
49-74.
On motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by Vice Mayor
Love, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No.
50-74 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF LASS & SONS
FOR NURSERY PLANTINGS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,111.25
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
50-74.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
on motion of Councilman Heraty, seconded by; Vice Mayor
Love, all present voting aye, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:35 p.m.
