ROLL CALL 2. NEW BUSINESS a. NPB SURGERY CENTER CPUD APPLICATION Discussion concerning the application for a Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) and the site plan for the North Palm Beach Surgery Center on a 1.2 acre parcel of property located at 872 U.S. Highway One. REMARKS b. WATER CLUB PHASE II PROJECT — REZONING, SITE PLAN, AND PUD AMENDMENT Discussion concerning rezoning of a 1.26 acre parcel of property located at 1240 U.S. Highway One from the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District to the R-3 Apartment Dwelling Zoning District, the site plan for a new condominium tower, and the amendment of the existing Water Club Planned Unit Development to include the 1.26 acre parcel of property. REMARKS c. CODE AMENDMENT — NOISE ORDINANCE Discussion and input regarding a proposed amendment to the Village Code of Ordinances to address noise generated within residential zoning districts. REMARKS d. 10-YEAR WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES WORK PLAN UPDATE Discussion regarding the 2015-2025 North Palm Beach Water Supply Facilities Work Plan Update (Comprehensive Plan Amendment 15-3) to identify and plan for water supply sources and facilities needed to serve existing and future development within the Village's jurisdiction. REMARKS e. MORATORIUM ON INSTALLATION OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES Discussion regarding a proposed ordinance imposing a moratorium on the issuance of permits or approvals for the installation of wireless communications facilities within rights -of -way in the Village or on property within or adjoining residential areas. REMARKS 3. ADJOURNMENT This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
