a. FLORIDA GREEN ENERGY WORKS PACE PROGRAM Discussion, input and guidance
regarding Village participation in the Florida Green Energy Works PACE (Property Assessed
Clean Energy) Program.
REMARKS
b. CODE AMENDMENT — FLOATING STRUCTURES Discussion and input concerning the
adoption of a proposed ordinance prohibiting floating structures in waters within the corporate
limits of the Village in accordance with the existing Palm Beach County ban of such structures.

c. CODE AMENDMENT — RETAIL SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Discussion and input
regarding the approval of a proposed ordinance amending the location and distance requirements
applicable to businesses engaged in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.

d. GPS FLEET MANAGEMENT SOLUTION Consideration and discussion regarding a contract
with Synovia Solutions, LLC for GPS fleet management at a total cost not to exceed $34,446.00.
