MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1969_
Thomas F. Lewis, Mayor
Thomas R. Bell, Vice -Mayor H. Mallory Privett, Jr., Councilman
Herbert A. Watt, Councilman
Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney
Lawrence J. Robbins, Village Manager
acting as Deputy Village Clerk
Allan V. Everard, Councilman
Mayor Lewis called the Public Hearing to order at
7:30 p.m. and asked the Village Manager to call the
roll, all members being present except Councilman
Everard.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to review and
discuss with the residents in attendance those items
classified as reappropriations.
Village Manager read Notice of Public Hearing which
was published in the Palm Beach Post on October 1,
1969 and posted as required by Village Charter.
Numerousquestionswere asked, and appropriate re-
sponses were made by the Mayor, Council and Village
Manager. -
There being no further business to come before the
Public Hearing, on motion of Councilman Watt,
seconded by Councilman Privett, all present voting
aye, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.

Beach County, Florida, for a period of one year next preceding the first publication of
the attached copy of advertisement; and affiant further says that he has neither paid nor
promised any person, firm or corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for
the purpose of securing this advertisement for publication in the said newspaper
