Mallory Privett, Jr., Councilman Lawrence J. Robbins, Village Manager Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk Thomas R. Bell, Vice -Mayor Allan V. Everard, Councilman Herbert A. Watt, Councilman Mayor Lewis called the Public Hearing on Bill No. 85 to order at 7:45 p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll. A quorum was not present. Mayor Lewis stated the Public Hearing quorum was present Public Hearing was that inasmuch as a quorum was not present, would be recessed until such time as a to conduct business. Therefore, the recessed at 7:48 p.m. - ROLL CALL RECESS Mayor Lewis reconvened the Public Hearing on Bill No. 85 PUBLIC HEARING at 8:53 p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll. The RECONVENED following were present: Thomas F. Lewis, Mayor Allan V. Everard, Councilman H. Mallory Privett, Jr., Councilman Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney Lawrence J. Robbins, Village Manager Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk Vice -Mayor Bell and Councilman Watt were absent. Mayor Lewis stated that the purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the pros and cons on Bill No. 85, a proposed amendment to Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 20, amending minimum floor area regulations and off-street parking re- quirements in Zoning District R-2. Village Clerk read legal notice of Public Hearing which was published in the Palm Beach Post on November 19, 1969 and posted as required by charter. Mayor Lewis asked if there were any comments from the public on Bill No. 85 and there were none. On motion of Councilman Privett, seconded by Councilman Everard, all present voting aye, that Bill No. 85 be placed on the agenda for the Regular Meeting of December 11, 1969 for second reading. On motion of Councilman Privett, seconded by Councilman Everard, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 8:57 p.m. Minutes recorded by Dolores R.
