Absent: H. Mallory Privett, Jr., Councilman
Mayor Lewis called the Public Hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. ROLL CALL
and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all. members being -
present except Councilman Privett.
Village Clerk read legal notice_of Public Hearing which
was published in the Palm Beach Post on July 30, 1969
and posted as required by Village Charter_
Village-.Clerk read Bi1L No. 72 in full, and no opposi-
tion was expressed to this bill.
Ord motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Vice-Mayor
Bell, all present vdting aye, that Bill No. 72 be placed
on tonight`s agenda.
On motion of Vice-Mayor Be11, seconded by Councilman
Watt, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was
adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
