MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING

VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH

Mayor Tatoul called the meeting to order at 8:45 p.m. and requested
the Clerk call the roll.
On motion of Vice -Mayor Aiello, seconded by Councilman Hahn, all
members voting aye, proposed Resolution #144 entitled
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, CON-
CERNING ANNEXING THE PLAT OF FAIRHAVEN
ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
was adopted.
On motion of Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Beery, all
members voting aye, proposed Resolution 181 entitled
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, CONCERNING A
CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT.
was adopted.

There being no further special business to come before the Council,
Mayor Tatoul declared the meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
