MINUTES OF SPECIAL SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 1967
Thomas F. Lewis, Mayor
David C. Clark, Councilman
Allan V. Everard, Councilman
Herbert A. Watt, Councilman
Lawrence J. Robbins, Village Manager
Thomas R. Bell, Vice -Mayor
Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney
Mayor Lewis called the Special Session to order at .7:40 p.m. and ROLL CALL
asked the Village Manager to call the roll, all members being present
except Vice -Mayor Bell and Village Attorney Gildan.
The purpose of the Special Session was to award bid for all casualty
insurance for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Representatives from two of the firms that submitted bids were
present at this meeting.
0n motion of Councilman Everard, seconded by Councilman Watt, all
present voting aye, Council awarded bid to Cornelius, Johnson & Clark,
met all the specifications and were the lowest bidder.
On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Watt, all
present voting aye, the Special Session was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
