MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, 1967

Mayor Lewis called the Public Hearing to order a,t 7:30 p.m. and
asked 'the Village Clerk to call the roll, all members being present
except Vice-Mayor Bell, Councilman Clark and Vi1la,ge Attorney
Gildan.
Mayor Lewis stated that the Public Hearing was in reference to
amending Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 20 and repealing
Ordinance No. 48 by adding Section 17 to the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance outlining restrictions thereof for installation of gas-
oline or oil service facilities.
Village Clerk read Lega.1 Notice which was published in the Post-
Times July 18, 1967 relative to above amendment to Ordinance No.
20 a.nd repeal of Ordinance No. LF8.

On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman Evera.rd, all BILL.NO. 24 TO BE
present voting aye, Bill No. 24 will be placed on the agenda. for the PLACED ON 8/22/67
Regular Meeting of the Council on August 22, 1967 for second reading and AGENDA
proposed adoption.
On motion of Councilman Watt, seconded by Councilman Everard, all ADJOURNMENT
present voting a.ye, the Public Hearing wa.s adjourned a,t 7:40 p.m.
