Vice-Mayor Bell reconvened the Tax Equalization Board Meeting at 7:20 p,m. ROLL CALL
and asked the Village Clerk to call the roll, all members being present
except Mayor Lewis and Councilman Watt.

On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Everard, all present APPRAISAL FIRM TO
voting aye, it was agreed that the submerged lands adjacent to Munyon Island REVIEW APPRAISAL
which are presently owned by Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund should FOR MUNYON ISLAND
be herewith removed from the tax roll, and that the appraisal firm review its WITHIN 10 DAYS
appraisal for Munyon Island and report any new appraisal, if such is neces-
sary, within ten days.

The assessed valuation of Lot 4, Block F, Plat 4 (Frank Husvar) $12,690

The minutes of the Tax Equalization Board meeting held August 2, 1966 are to
be amended as follows:
The assessment for Lot 15, Block J, Plat 4 (James Lansford) LOT 15, BLCCK J,

The minutes had stated that Mr. Lunsford's assessed valuation will remain SAME A3 ON THE 19b5

On motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Everard, all present RECESS
• voting aye, the meeting was recessed at 7:45 p.m, until call by the Village
Manager.
