Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 5x15 p.m. ROLL c:~T,T;
and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members
being present except Councilman 1Patt who vaas absent
due to illness.
Mayor Lewis stated that the purpose of the special RESOL _
meeting was to consider a resolution calling fora 239-6:~
special election to be held.on June 30th, which SPECIi.L
had to be acted upon and legally advertised not ELECTION
later than 30 days prior to the date of the.
election. On motion of Vice-Mayor Bell, seconded
by Councilman Everard, all members present voting
aye, Resolution No. 239-65, entitled -
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH
PALyI BEACH, FIARIDA, CALLING AIVD ORDERING
A SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD JUNE 30, 1965
TO VOTE ON THE PROPOSED CHA}3TER CHANGES TO
THE CHARTER OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM .-
BEACH
was adopted.
There being no further special business to come ADJOURN-_
before the Council, on motion of Councilman MENT
Everard, seconded by Vice-Mayor Bell, all members `
voting aye, the meeting was adjourned at 5;20 p.m.
