a. ENERGY CONSERVATION RETROFIT PROJECT Discussion concerning the issuance of
blanket purchase orders to various vendors for energy conservation products and supplies at a
total cost of $30,000 for an energy conservation retrofit project at Village Hall and the Library.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the
