Uice-Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and SPECIAL MEETING
asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members being present ex- RDLL CALL
cept Mayor Beery. Village A~btorney Gildan was also absent. The,
Vice-Mayor then stated the purpose of the special meeting was so
that the Council could sit as the Election Canvassing Board.
The Village Clerk, who is also the Supervisor of Registration,
proceeded to open the three absentee ballots in front of the
Council. He then added these to the final machine vote for a
final tabulation, as follows:

On motion of Councilman Churchill, seconded by Councilman Watt,
all members voting aye, Resolution No. 234-65, entitled
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH,
FLORIDA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION
HELD ON MARCH 16, 1965
was adopted.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
