Lewis, Vice -Mayor Councilman Leslie Churchill Village Attorney Herbert Gildan Thomas R. Bell, Councilman Herbert A. Watt, Councilman Frank R. Spence, Village Manager and Village Clerk Mayor Beery called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. and stated the purpose of the special meeting was to open sealed bids on the project of paving certain walkways around the Golf Pro Shop at the North Palm Beach Country Club. Bids were read as follows: (1) Rubin Construction Company $1,800 - (2) Belvedere raving Company 1,259 (3) Crabtree Construction Company No Bid On motion of Vice -Mayor Lewis, seconded by Councilman Churchill, all members present voting aye, the contract for paving at the Country Club was awarded to the low bidder, Belvedere Paving Company. There being no further business to come before the Council, the Mayor adjourned the meeting at 8:15 P. M. - FRANK A. SEENCE VILLAGE CLERK
