VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH

Warren P. Tatoul, Mayor
Louis J. Aiello, Vice-Mayor
Harold M. Beery, Councilman
Thomas A. Bell, Councilman
Frank J. Hahn, Councilman
C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney
Albin R. Olson, Village Clerk
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Mayor Tatoul and
the Clerk was requested to call the roll.
Mayor Tatoul requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular
• meeting of the Council held September 17, 1963. The minutes were approved
as read.
The Village Treasurer read the Treasurer's report for the month
of September.
On motion of Councilman Hahn, seconded by Councilman Bell, all-
members voting aye, proposed Ordinance #k83 entitled
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDIIQG ORDINANCE.~`L0, AS HERETOFORE
AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE COMFREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID VILLAGE BY REMOVING CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM Tl-IE R-1 SINGLE FAMILY D[M£LLING
DISTRICT AND RECLASSIFYING SAID PROPERTY AS
C-1-A LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; BY DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE CLERK TO BRING THE OFFICIAL SONING
' MAP UP TO DATE; BY PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR OTHER
PIi~POSES .
was placed on first reading and lead in full.
The rules were waived and proposed Ordinance #83 was placed
on second reading aXld read by title only.
On motion of Councilman B-e11, seconded by Councilman Hahn, all
members voting aye, and proposed Ordinance #83 was enacted.
There being no further business to came before the meeting, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
