Aiello, Vice -Mayor Harold M. Beery, Councilman Thomas R. Bell, Councilman Frank J. Hahn, Councilman C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney Albin R. Olson, Village Celrk Frank R. Spence, Village Manager Mayor Tatoul called the meeting to order at 8;00 p.m. and requested the Clerk call the roll. Mayor Tatoul announced that the purpose of this meeting was to hold a public hearing on the 1963-1964 Budget and to consider proposed Resolutions #177 and #178 which would enact said Budget. Proposed Resolution #177 entitled A RESOLUTION OF TIE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING AND APPROVING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1963-1964; FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES, AND FIXING THE AD VALOREM TAX LEVY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1963. and Proposed Resolution #178 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RATI- FYING AND APPROVING A BUDGET FOR THE OPERA- TION OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1963-1964. was read and publicly discussed, with the audience participating in the discussions. Upon advice of the Village Attorney, who requested that he be allowed to re -draft the Resolutions to incorporate certain legal requirements and changes, Mayor Tatoul declared that the meeting would be adjourned to October 24, 1963, at 8:00 p.m. and the meeting was adjourned until then at 9:30 p.m. Village Clerk 0 Present: MINUT2S OF A SPECIAL -MEETING of the VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH held October 22, 1963 Warren P.
