MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING
of the
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
held
October 8, 1962
Warren P. Tatoul, Mayor
Charles M. Bowman, Vice -Mayor

Frank J. Hahn, Councilman
C. Robert Burns, Village Antorney
Albin R. Olson, Village Manager
and Clerk
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 p.m. by Mayor Tatoul
and the Village Clerk called the roll.
The Board of Equalization heard an objection to the 1962 tax
assessment in the case of North Palm Beach Utilities, Inc., represented by
Mr. J. A. Schwencke, Vice -President. Following a public discussion of
the assissment, the board adjourned in executive session.
Upon reconvening from executive session to open session, the Board
on motion of Councilman Hahn, seconded by Councilman Aiello, all members
voting aye, voted the objections stated by North Palm Beach Utilities, Inc.,
be denied.
The review of the 1962 tax assessment roll having been completed,
the Village Attorney was requested to prepare for Council consideration an
appropriate Resolution ratifying and approving the tax assessment roll for
the claendar year 1962 as prepared by the Village Tax Assessor.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the
meetings of the Board of Equalization were terminated at 10:25 p.m.
