MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
NORTH PALM BEACH HELD
July 21, 1961
Walter E. Thomas, Mayor
Emery J. Newell, Vice -Mayor
Louis J. Aiello, Councilman
Charles M. Bowman, Councilman
Frank J. Hahn, Councilman
C. Robert Burns, Village Attorney
Albin R. Olson, Village Clerk and
Village Manager
Mayor Thomas called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. and requested
the Clerk call the roll.
Mayor Thomas stated the purpose of the adjourned meeting was to
discuss a proposed contract between North Palm Beach Country Club, Inc.,
and the Village of North Palm Beach.
Mr. Johh A. Schwencke attended the meeting as a representative of
North Palm Beach Country Club, Inc.
Following discussion of the terms of the contract item by item,
the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m. on motion of Councilman Aiello,
seconded by Councilman Bowman, all members voting aye, to 8:00 p.m. on
Monday, July 24.
