RESOLUTION NO. 55
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Mayor and Village Manager be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Village
an agreement with the Board, of Public Instruction of Palm Beach County,
Florida, in the form of a copy thereof attached hereto and made a part
therof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l0th day of February , 1959.
