CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda is designed for the purpose of expediting isszres considered to be of a routine or

separately. Any member of Council may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would
automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote.

12. ORDINANCES
a. BILL 1104 -BUDGET APPROPRIATION -GOLF COURSE MASTER PLAN STUDY.
Consider a motion to approve second reading and enactment of Bill 1104, a proposed ordinance
amending the North Palm Beach Country Club Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 to
appropriate $15,000 for a Master Plan Study for the golf course.

a. PROJECT GRADUATION -DONATION. Consider a motion approving donation amounts for
Palm Beach Gardens High School and Suncoast High School for Project Graduation 2003.
PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPOSAL -THOROUGHFARE PLAN. Council direction
regarding proposal by Palm Beach County to limit removal of streets and/or traffic lanes of streets
from the Palm Beach County Thoroughfare Plan.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to
the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make
