• AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1996-97 TO
APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $140,000 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
OSBORNE PARK CONCESSION STAND, USING FUNDS RESTRICTED FOR RECREATION
FACILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 36-96, the budget ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, is
hereby amended as follows:
NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND:
INCREASE REVENUE:
TITLE ACCOUNT NUMBER
Recreation Facility Reserve A3900-09170 $140,000
INCREASE APPROPRIATION:
TITLE ACCOUNT NUMBER
Construction -Osborne Pazk A8028-66210 $140,000
Concession Stand
Section 2. The funds for the construction of the Osborne Park Concession Stand under
Section 1 of this Ordinance aze transferred from Account # A0000-24780 -
fund restricted for Recreation Facilities.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
