1996-46 Amends Parking in C-A Zoning District•
ORDINANCE NO. 46-96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THAT PORTION OF SUBSECTION G (5) OF
SECTION 45-31, C-A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, OF ARTICLE III OF APPENDIX
C-ZONING, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE RELATING TO
PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR RETAIL STORES AND PERSONAL SERVICE
ESTABLISHMENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE
REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The portion of Subsection G (5) of Section .

45-31, C-A Commercial District, Article III of Appendix C-Zoning,
of the Code of Ordinances of the Village, relating to parking
spaces required for retail store and personal service
establishments is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Uses
Table of Parkina
Spaces Required
Retail stores and One (1) per two hundred
personal service (200) square feet of retail
establishments except floor space."
as otherwise specified
herein.
Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause,
phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court
to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holdings shall
• not affect the remainder of this ordinance.

Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
