MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
FEBRUARY 1, 2008

ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. All members of Council were present.
All members of staff were present.
REQUEST FOR ATTORNEY -CLIENT SESSION
Village Attorney Len Rubin requested that the Village Council meet in an attorney -client session
to discuss pending litigation and possible settlement in the Florida Blacktop v. Village of North
Palm Beach matter.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED ATTORNEY -CLIENT SESSION
Mayor Eissey announced that at this time the Village Council would recess for the purpose of
holding a closed Attorney -Client Session. Mayor Eissey announced all persons who would be in
attendance at this Session. Mr. Eissey estimated that the Attorney -Client Session would last
approximately fifteen to thirty minutes.
RECESS
Mayor Eissey recessed the Special Session at 5:06 p.m. The Special Session reconvened at 6:04 p.m.,
following the adjournment of the attorney -client session, with all members of Council present.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
