. AN ORDINANCE OF THE VII,LAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1996-97 TO APPROPRIATE
FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $120,000 FOR THE POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VII.LAGE COUNCII, OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 36-96, the budget ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, is
hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. The funds to purchase pool filtration system at the North Palm Beach County Club
under Section 1 of this Ordinance are transferred from account # L0000-27100, Retained
Earnings from the Country Club Fund.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
