1996-32 Rezoning Part of PHN PUD to R-3r 1 L J ORDINANCE No. 32-96 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND APPROXIMATELY 6_37ACRE5 LOCATED EAST OF PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD, NORTH OF MONET ROAD AND WEST OF THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, TO R-3, APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. • BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby rezone a parcel of land of approximately 6.37 acres located East of Prosperity Farms Road, North of Monet Road and West of the Intracoastal Waterway within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part hereof from R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, to R-3, Apartment Dwelling District. Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately • upon passage.
