1996-17 Rezoning Sanctuary Cove Phase II• ORDINANCE N0. 17-96 AN ORDINANCE OF THF. VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND APPROXIMATELY 29.8 ACRES LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF MONET ROAD, NORTH OF GARDEN LANE, WF_ST OF INTRACOASTAL WA7'ENWAY, AND EAST OF PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD WITHIN THF. VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF FROM R-2 MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO R-3 APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach does hereby rezone a 29.8 acre parcel of land located immediately south of Monet Road, North of Garden Lane, West of Intracoastal Waterway, and east of Prosperity Farms Road within. the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" atiaclred hereto and made part hereof from R-2 Multiple-Family Dwelling District to R-3 Apartment Dwelling District. Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
