1996-05 Traffice Fines - Non-Handicap Spaces
ORDINANCE NO. 05-96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 18-38 OF ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER
18, MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
VILLAGE, RELATING TO AMOUNT OF FINE FOR STOPPING, STANDING AND
PARKING IN NON-HANDICAP SPACES; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND,
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 18-38 of Article III of Chapter 18,
Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 18-38. Violations; fines - Non-handicap spaces.
The fine for stopping, standing and parking a vehicle in
violation of provisions, other than handicap parking
provisions, of this Section shall be in the amount of
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars."
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3 This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
• upon passage.
