ORDINANCE NO. 19-95
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUBSECTION ENTITLED "AREAS AND ELEMENTS
UNDER JURISDICTION" OF SECTION III, AREAS OF JURISDICTION, APPENDIX
A, APPEARANCE PLAN, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCLUDING C3, REGIONAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The subsection entitled "Areas and Elements
Under Jurisdiction" of Section III, Areas of Jurisdiction, Appendix
A, Appearance Plan, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of
North Palm Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION III AREAS OF JURISDICTION
AREAS AND ELEMENTS UNDER JURISDICTION
The Appearance Ordinance provides that the
jurisdictional areas of the Appearance Board
are all areas within the Village of North Palm
Beach that are zoned:
R1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT - Applies to all usages
except single family and their normal accessory
buildings
R2 MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
R2A LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT
R3 APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT
CA RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
CIA LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
Cl NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
C2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
C3 REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
P PUBLIC DISTRICT"
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
